This simple scheme for intense weight loss in a short time, once it helped me to start burning fat and at the same time not going bankrupt, such as a keto diet or a protein menu.

Eleven days, I followed the diet.At first, I thought that such a menu was getting tired and that it would not be satisfactory without buns and sugar.But it was quite easy.Some tricks will be added (I will write about them in the menu itself).
Then, after having spent 11 days with a "budget" diet without practicing sports, I eliminated -11 kg.The swelling of the limbs and the face, which has always been in the morning (apparently, the water stopped, due to bad food) was significantly.There was enough strength for a long time, despite the diet and, in fact, feeling lightness in the intestines and freshness in the skin, the incentive to pass the diet was enormous.
What to buy for a diet:
- Fruits: lemon, apples (11 pieces, green and not sweet);
- Fresh chicken eggs (22 pieces);
- The vegetables, in principle, not to be potatoes (due to the starch in the composition, will have to reject 11 days);
- Greens (the more, the better);
- Kefir (normal freshness, makes no sense in low fat products, only disperse the appetite) - 500 ml per day;
- Mineral water (it can be without gases), excellent to avoid constipation and swelling problems;
- Sarracene and barley wheat (for a package);
- Cheese (optional, can be replaced with cottage cheese).

Menu for 11 days:
Wake up:A glass of water and a slice of lemon (warm appearance);
Breakfast:Egg and Saracen wheat cooked in a water bath at night, tea/coffee;
Lunch, after 1.5-2 hours: an apple and mineral water;
Dinner:Palvka cooked in a water bath at night, a vegetable salad with vegetables (it can season with olive oil or sour cream), any drink b/sugar;
Afternoon socio:Egg in any form, 1/2 tomatoes or cucumber, mineral water;
Dinner:Sarracene wheat (you can add onion+carrots in olive or flaxseed oil and a loot drink;
Late dinner:up to 500 ml of kefir.
In the dietThere is no meat, maybe that's why it was called a budget.But we take the protein of eggs, economical and very rich in useful substances.In addition, cereals: Saracen and barley pearl wheat contain several minerals and vitamins, which helps to be more elastic, and intestines purify gently and gently.
Sports, training and greater physical activity are required in such a short diet with a monotonous diet.The body is not adapted to nutrition, excess load is nothing.But this does not exclude the healthy walk, uniform dream and skin care (self -designed, bathrooms, meditation).
